Return Policy

At Lungi Pasal, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our Return Policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act 2075 (Section 18) and the E-Commerce Act 2081.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

2. Valid Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• Wrong Item Received: The delivered lungi/product differs from the item ordered.

• Defective / Damaged Item: The product arrived torn, stained, defective, or physically damaged prior to opening.

• Misrepresentation: The delivered goods significantly fail to match the specs/details shown on the website.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original, unaltered condition.

• Retain original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Include original tax invoice/bill or proof of purchase.

4. Ineligible Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper washing, or fabric alterations.

• Products returned after the 7-day window.

• Items returned without proof of purchase.
